A brief survey

Hello ladies and gentlmen!  As some of you may know, I'm working on a non-fiction about women in fan culture.  There's not much data out there about it, so I decided to create my own.  I would be most appreciative if you could fill out this survey and, if you like, pass it along to anybody else you know, male or female.  The larger the sample size, the better!
